We have written a number of interfaces for different phone/movie/restaurant/key systems. Let us know what you have and we can see if our interface can adapt. (it usually can) If so, it's included! If not, we can write a typical interface for less than $500. (cheaper than the standard additional cost of most hotel systems) The Heartland Exchange credit card interface performs all authorizations & capture through the web.
System Requirements
- Windows® 2000 or newer is required on workstations. The faster the better performance!
Minimum of 1gb ram (2gb for VISTA).
A high speed internet connection is required to take advantage of all the features of this product (credit card processing and web services).
For web reservations and web interface (off site) bookings,
Microsoft's IIS or equivalent web server application is required.
Apache HTTP Server is an alternative web server application
A Static IP is recommended
Battery Power Backups should be installed on all workstations and the network router. Power failures will corrupt your data!
