Pricing Options
All pricing options include our interfaces:
- Call Accounting/PBX
This interface links to your phone system and captures all outgoing calls. Calls are automatically posted to with applicable charges to rooms.
It will also keep track of non room phone calls. It also will update room status (housekeeper in room,inspection,clean,etc.) if your phone systems has this
capability.
- Electronic Key
This interface links to your electronic key system. You will be able to generate keys directly from LodgeIC.
- Restaurant
This interface links to your restaurant pos system. It allows real time posting of restaurant charges directly to the guest folio.
- Movie
This interface links to your movie system. It allows real time posting of movie charges directly to the guest folio.
- Credit Card Processing
Using your high speed internet connection, LodgeIC will perform all authorizations and captures (settlement) using Heartland's Exchange payment gateway.
Monthly Lease
LodgeIC may be leased for $2.00 per room per month ($75 per month minimum). If you choose this option, a software key will be emailed to you after payment has been received for the period.
You will need to install the software key (save the file) in the reservation database folder. LodgeIC will stop running if the software key expires.
Purchase
LodgeIC may be purchased for $50 per room. For properties over 50 rooms please call for pricing.
Support & Software Updates
Our support package includes unlimited tech support (not training) and all software updates. The cost is $10 per room per year. ($350 minimum) For properties over 50 rooms please call for pricing.
